I suggested Sita/Mandodari, because their entire friendship is so sweet, I really admire Mandodari for standing up for Sita and not bearing any ill will towards her even though she was technically her rival for her husband's love, and Ravana literally sacrificed all of Mandodari's sons in the war, just because he was too arrogant to return Sita. He's mentioned Krishna/Arjun for Mahabharata, but he doesn't have any ideas for the Ramayana. Are there any more? Also, there's a section where he's supposed to suggest some same-sex relationships he thinks will work, and why, specifically from the Mahabharata and Ramayana. So far, he's mentioned Mitra/Varun, Chandra/Som and Krishna/Aravan. May I ask something re Hindu mythology? My brother is doing this project where he's supposed to mention canonical instances of same-sex relationships in ancient Hindu texts.
